AVOID
Arranged a collection.
Chased the parcel for 50 days -NOT delivered
Returned to me destroyed
REFUSED to pay protection / insurance which I paid extra for based on a separate document.
Paid £16 for service, with £50 of goods inside package.
Returned destroyed 50 days later, refunded me £14?!?
AVOID go direct to courier, its the same price or cheaper anyway

I paid the postage cost and my item price to a seller who I asked him to send my parcel. I received a broken overlocker sealed by hermes packaging trough parcel 2 go. I complained and requested my compensation via numerous emails, they kept ignoring my request despite they charge me £1.5 extra on booking to guarantee my parcel would be delivered safely. I ended up to buy the broken part for another £70 from Us plus labour fee to replace the part. Awful company, avoid them

Parcel2go - Wrote 'Thank you for your email and my apologies for the delay to this delivery.
Having looked into your case I can see this was dropped off on 22/11 but was not collected by DPD until 25/11. I am very sorry the parcel was so delayed in being collected from the drop shop, I appreciate this both disappointing and inconvenient. Kindest Regards

Booked a parcel uk to Costa Rica
Fairly straightforward but CR doesn't really do formal addresses anyway worked around that and it's all good. Email sent with labels was complex and didn't work. Worked around that. Someone sat at home all day on collection day no correspondence and no parcel pick up. Tried to reschedule. Website or system would not allow. Go onto live chat eventually after having yo search high and low for it. Person on there is perfunctory but not sympathetic or suggesting solutions. End up requesting a refund and cancellation as they clearly cannot deal with a simple package delivery overseas. Need the wait from 2 to 5 days for refund. Great scam and legal too. Wow! Not good. Will never use again.

Very good service. Pitt about the new tax when you send to Republic of Ireland but it’s no reflection on the Delivery.Quick and easy!

Looked for a courier. Used Parcel2go as it directs you to a list to choose from. Chose Hermes as it offered free £20 cover when you go directly to their site.Ignored parcel2Go request to insure, as the value of the parcel was only£20.Parcel arrived with contents broken. Told only could claim for postage costs.By booking Hermes via parcel2Go you lose the automatic Hermes cover.'Not a lot of people know that'. Moral of the story: book directly with a courier like Hermes, not through an intermediary if small value items are posted.

The experience was okay, but I found that when you booked the parcel, they made the button to add parcel protection just before you paid look like an okay button. This means if you arent checking, you end up adding parcel protection. This is really bad buspractice and dishobest as well.Please change

Avoid at all costs. It has been an absolute nightmare getting my boxes and I still have one missing. Massive delays, hidden import fees which they don't tell you about and no customer help whatsoever.

Disappointed, got a promo offer of 10% off next order but nowhere on site to enter the promo code so missed out on that one!

I am arranging an item to be picked up.... I needed an option to send parcel labels to the person at the collection address. for them to print off -- you need to think outside the box.also your parcel insurance is a rip off - over priced & over rated.

First time and last time I ever use the service. Paid extra to insure the item. Was delivered damaged and then told can not claim because the item which was a vase was not suitable to be sent.
